The Nautilus is the name of Malvolio Drake's ship. It first appears in "Undertow" when Malvolio Drake and his crew attack the Shane Gang and keep them as hostages. However, while they are distracted by the attacks from Blakk Guards, the Shane Gang escapes and uses the Blakk Guards' boat to crash onto The Nautilus, causing her to sink.
The Nautilus once again appears in "Deep Water, Dark Water" in a wrecked condition, though the items inside the ship are still in good condition and can be used. This is proved when the ship's interior is seen briefly in "The Gentleman and the Thief" when Dana Por steals some of Malvolio Drake's jars of toenails.
