Tech Fu Controllers (aka Tech Fu) is a blaster modification Kord designed though of to mimic the effects of Slug Fu, and is made with the help of Drucilla and her uncle.

This was originally meant to be a blaster attachment, but later Drucilla mass produced it as a built-in accessory on the new blasters she gave.
