Spinks is the shop owner of Barton and Spinks.
Biography[]
Spinks did business with the Shane Gang where they traded Joules for some gear upgrades. He then traded Joules along with a bunch of Slugs to Dr. Blakk where Nacho was making the deal.
Personality[]
Spinks was very talented in business at his shop to the point where he did not care about what happened to Slugs where he regards them as just slugs even knowingly that Dr. Blakk is using the slugs he purchased to turn them into ghouls.
