A Shadowshard is the ghouled version of Geoshard slug. They officially debuted in Get Pronto.

- Much like a normal Geoshard, Shadowshards can be deadly if aimed at the heart and crystalizing it.

Trivia[]
- In Light as Day and Ghoul From Beyond, a Geoshard can be seen being turned into a ghoul, however it turns into a Dark Urchin.
- Underlord Holt tried to kill Pronto using one, but fortunately Pronto survived the attack, because the Molenoid's heart is not in the chest but in the bottom.
- Their ability to kill a person is like a Goon Doc, except Shadowshards kill specifically at the person's heart.
- The name Shadowshard was made with the announcement of the ghouled Geoshard being added to the "Slugterra: Slug It Out 2" roster in late October, 2025.[1]
