Lava Bats
Lava Bats are bats that reside in the Magma Caverns. They would attack but could easily be defeated by a Flatulorhinkus and Bubbaleone. They seems to be very aggresive and hostile as they all ganged up to attack on the Shane Gang when they came to look for a Forgesmelter slug. They are much deadlier than their more common relative Bats found all around Slugterra.

- According to Pronto, they might eat the brains of their prey.
- However, he was shown to be particularly afraid that various creatures would eat his brains, to this may be his fear-fueled interpretation.
- They resemble another relative of theirs called Electric Bats that live on the Dark Periphery and Tusker Forks.
