Flatulo Rex[1] or Flatulorex are the ghouled version of the Flatulorhinkus slugs. A Flatulo Rex first seen in the Slug It Out! app. In Slug It Out!, this Ghoul makes a little bigger stink cloud when it hits an opponent than its regular counterpart, dealing a little more damage.
Currently there is another type of looking in Slug It Out!. In "Bandoleer of Brothers" a Flatulorhinkus is about to be Ghouled, but the Flatlo Rex officially made its TV debut in "Return of the Elementals", however it appeared only as a Protoform Megamorph Ghoul.

Attacks/Abilities[]
- Protoform Abilities - Stinks to high heaven.
- Bark Bag - Slug expands and releases foul stench on contact, makes opponent hurl.
- Stenchwall - Impassable wall of stench- all living things pass out from the horrible stink.
- Stenchfoo - Emits a toxic gas from its mouth that can corrode metal on contact.
- Stinkgrab - Slug grabs on to an opponent's arm or leg, barfs a disgusting green gas that causes panic and reduces foes aim.
Trivia[]
- In the show, Flatulo Rexes are yet to be seen in both their normal & megamorph velocities.
