Briardrill is the Ghouled version of the Vinedrill.

- Protoform Abilities - Sprouts small, spikey vines
- Firepants - Shoots pouches of toxic powder, like a puffball mushroom
- Briarsnipe - Briars/thorny vines grow from where the slug hits, painfully binding opponent
- Itchyscratch - Briar tendrils grow small mushrooms that explode and spread poison-ivy itch spores
- Thornlash - Knotted and spiked tendrils erupt from the ground, tangles and cuts whoever tries to go through

- What Lies Beneath (First appearance) - This ghoul was first shown ghouled by Pronto and fired to defeat the Darkbane.
- Keys to the Kingdom -
- Lightwell - C.C. is seen firing it towards Eli Shane during the chase in Chillbore Cavern.
- Dark as Night - Blakk's Goons and Nacho were seen firing several Briardrills. When Eli and Redhook are spotted by Blakk Guards. Redhook managed to grab one Briardrill, flinging it back to the goon that launched the ghoul slug.
